Are you ready to get your dream abs and dream butt? All it takes is 15 minutes each day! How bad is that? Not at all, right? Give this a try for a week, then repeat it the next week, for a whole month. You will definitely see results!

Monday

25 crunches, 25 crunches to the left, 25 crunches to the right, 25 leg raises, repeat once

Tuesday

25 squats, 25 lunges, 15 kickbacks on right, 15 kickbacks on left, 15 leg lifts on right, 15 leg lifts on left, repeat once 

Wednesday

30 push up planks alternating hands and elbows, 30 reverse crunches, 30 toe touch crunches, repeat once 

Thursday

25 jumping jacks, 25 butt lift, 25 booty push, 25 squats, repeat once 

Friday

25 lower ab pushes, 30 russian twists, 25 bicycle crunches, 20 crunches, repeat once 

Saturday

30 lunges, 15 side lunges to right, 15 side lunges to left, 15 kickbacks on left, 15 kickbacks on right, repeat once 

Sunday

The day of rest.  Let your body recover.
