30 Day Body Transformation

This 30 Day Body Transformation will start you on your way to a new body.  Let's face it, when trying to start exercising regularly, it can be really overwhelming.  That's why I've got this easy-to-follow schedule.  I'll be providing short, but effective workouts listed for each day along with a video to follow.  There will be hard days, easy days, and of course rest days.

We will be doing a little bit of everything, to make sure we target each area of the body.  For example, there will be the dreaded leg days, but there are also some nice easy yoga days.  We will have a mixture and every sequence is meant to be fun.

30 day

Everyone has a busy schedule; it's just the way it is.  That is why I will be making the exercise programs short, but effective.  Nobody has time for an hour long exercise every single day.  We want to burn calories, strengthen our muscles, feel great, and have a good time doing it.  You will be sore, but it will be a good sore!

These exercises will take LESS THAN 30 MINUTES each day!!  That's nothing!  That's less time than it takes to eat a meal.  Also, a gym is not required.  The only equipment used in these exercises are a yoga mat, and two small dumbbells at your choice of weight.  These are all optional and the exercises can definitely be done with none of the equipment and you will still get results.
