Hello my name is Katherine Marie, or Katie. I am the owner and founder of Healthy Women Lifestyle and all of the products with it. Nutrition and exercise have become a passion of mine.

In college I took nutrition and yoga classes and fell in love with the big subject of becoming healthy. From then, I started doing research and gathering my own information. I tried things out to see what works and what doesn't. There has been a lot of trial and error over the years.

In all of my articles, you will find both fact and opinion. I try to experience things before teaching others about it.

Once I decided to start to pursue the dream of educating the world on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I became a certified personal trainer. The learning in that process added to all of the knowledge I had already collected and experienced.

My dream is to educate people enough so they can see a change in their body, long term. I am not teaching about diets and supplements and becoming skinny. What I am teaching is a more healthy way to become in-shape and feel more energized.

To me, the scale is just a number. You shouldn't be watching that number because it's more about what you see in the mirror. If you like what you see and you feel great every day, you are golden! So put that scale away and follow along with my articles, newsletter, and videos. Together, we can change your lifestyle around so you can get up in the morning feeling energized without caffeine, not get out of breath from climbing a flight of stairs, and just ultimately feel great!
